1. Personal Data Controller
Leximo Mazur Panas-Galloway Tłumacze Przysięgli Spółka Partnerska with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Maszewska 20/50, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 7773358581 (hereinafter referred to as Leximo), is the controller of your personal data. You can contact Leximo at biuro@leximo.pl.
2. Data Acquisition, Type of Collected Data and Purpose of Their Processing
- The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for us to provide you with the service you ordered.
- Leximo collects and processes only the data that you make available to Leximo (in person, over the phone, via email or the contact form available on Leximo’s website, etc.)
- Providing Leximo with your personal data and placing an order with Leximo means that you consent to the storage and processing of your data. If you provide us with personal data of a third party, you must obtain that person’s consent to the collection and processing of said data by Leximo.
- Leximo collects and processes your personal data such as your name, phone number, address and email in order to fulfil your order, contact you with regard to matters concerning our cooperation and for accounting purposes. If you order certified translation, your name will also be entered in the translation register that every certified translator is obliged to maintain under statutory regulations. Your personal data is not subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
- All personal data included in the documents you provide us with are used to deliver the service you ordered.
3. Period of Data Storage
Data required for invoicing purposes will be stored for five years, while data included in a text subject to translation will be stored for the duration of the translator’s liability for the translation.
4. Access to Personal Data
Your personal data may be made available to Leximo’s business partners and associates, to authorities with statutory authorisation to access your data, and to other entities and institutions, if it is required to achieve the purpose for which the data was obtained.
5. Your Rights
- You have the right to access your personal data, correct them, transfer them and (in cases defined in legal regulations) request that your data be deleted or the processing thereof be restricted. Moreover, you can object to the processing of your personal data.
- If you decide that the storage or processing of your personal data violates legal regulations, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (https://uodo.gov.pl/pl).
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The above Privacy Policy may be modified. Should any changes be introduced, the new Privacy Policy will be published on Leximo’s website.
